was the last thing on my mind, thursday afternoon as i walked into my local only to find that one of my drinking buddies had died of a massive heart attack earlier that morning, we had celebrated his 50th only a fortnight earlier and a more genuine a friendly chap you would be hard to find. I had a Cheltenham preview night to attend and i was thinking of just going home and having a quiet one, but the Mrs was out and i did not want to spoil her evening and i didnt want to be on my own, so i decided to go ahead, had a good evening under the circumstances but my mind was elsewhere.....................
